Kline Lewis, LLC is a full service real estate appraisal firm with offices in both the South Hills and North Hills of Pittsburgh, PA.  We specialize in the appraisal of residential and  commercial real estate in greater Pittsburgh (Allegheny County) and throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania. The company is owned and operated by Aaron Richard Kline and Robert H. “Chip” Lewis., who have been together as business partners for 23 years.

Aaron Kline is a 1981 graduate of The University of Pittsburgh (BA Economics) and entered the appraisal field in 1984. Since that time, Aaron has been a licensed real estate appraiser in the state of Pennsylvania and held the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute (1989 through 2004). His specialization is in relocation appraising as well as tax appeal and court testimony work. Aaron is a member of the North Pittsburgh Business Association and has taught real estate appraising in local adult education forums.

Chip Lewis has been a licensed appraiser in Pennsylvania since 1994, and is a 1991 graduate of Westminster College (PA) with a BA in marketing. Chip’s specialties include the appraisal of new construction throughout the greater Pittsburgh as well as substantial experience in the area of multi family properties.

We have been working together since 1989 and have a combined 51 years of appraisal experience. Together, we have appraised virtually every type of property, and have the ability to handle any appraisal assignment in a professional capacity. Our practice is devoted entirely to the appraisal of real estate.
